Telciu (Hungarian: Telcs; German: Teltsch) is a commune in Bistriţa-Năsăud County, Romania. It is composed of four villages: Bichigiu (part of Coşbuc until 2004; Bükkös), Fiad (Bánffytelep), Telcişor and Telciu.
